"TIMES TWO" BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION Wildfire celebrates its second successful year of "fire and ice" and the "wow" factor by creating an exclusive "times two" birthday menu created by Head Chef Philippe Leban. It was this time only two years ago when Wildfire first burst onto the scene and the temperature just keeps on rising. In fact at the moment Wildfire couldn't be hotter! In the past two years, over 250,000 seemingly insatiable guests have gone through 500,000 shucked oysters, 24 tonnes of prawns, 100,000 fillet steaks, an amazing 20,000 soufflés and lots more. "It has been an extraordinary time for us" states Tonci Farac, owner & operator of Wildfire. "I never expected Sydneysiders and international guests to take it to their hearts with such passion. Wildfire keeps going from strength to strength" To commemorate their second birthday, Wildfire, true to style, have decided to go all out by making use of the number "two" and creating an exclusive menu that features two dishes paired on every plate, served with two different glasses of wine... all for the price of one! "We wanted to take this opportunity to thank our guests for their support and involve them in our celebration by offering them a bit of fun and double the Wildfire experience" says Farac. Here's a sneak preview of what you might expect to find during our second birthday celebration... Tuna foie gras red wine reduction, pinot noir sauce and grilled swordfish sweet onion confit, thai pesto sauce Crispy quail braised leeks, fresh laurel, citrus dressing and shiraz risotto braised endive, grilled spatchcock, thyme jus Bittersweet chocolate cadeau and sambuca pot crème. Ember, Wildfire's funky bar is also getting into the second birthday action by offering fans a complimentary second cocktail from our super chic cocktail list.
